Prices and Payment

AlmaKnit Aps accept payment online using: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, ApplePay, and Google Pay.

After you complete a purchase on the website, the payment will be processed when we send the order.

All prices include the 25% Danish value-added tax and are in Danish Kroner (DKK).





We will deliver the digital product by email. The delivery time for digital products is 1-3 working days. We aim to deliver the product within a couple of minutes, however.

The delivery of physical products sent from AlmaKnit ApS is only available in Denmark. Delivery can take up to 5 working days after it is dispatched. Delivery with PostNord costs 50 Danish Kroner for delivery to the nearest parcel shop or post office and 65 Danish Kroner for door-to-door delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Alternatively, deliveries can be made using DAO to a private address with daoHOME or the nearest parcel shop with daoSHOP. Delivery with DAO costs 47 Danish Kroner.

Delivery of physical products sent by our partners at Berthes.dk is only available in Denmark. Delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch. These products are delivered using GLS.

Delivery times can be longer during partcularly busy periods as well as when we are away on holiday.

Returns and Refunds

The usual 14-day right to a refund is not valid when the product is made according to the purchaser’s specifications or has a clear personal mark; this includes our knitting patterns. This also means that there is no right to return digital products.

There is a 14-day right to a refund on physical products unless otherwise agreed. The product should be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Delivery costs are not refunded.

If the purchaser wishes to make use of their right to a refund, they are required to cover the delivery costs when returning the product. Products dispatched from AlmaKnit should be sent after the return is agreed to:

Products dispatched from our partners should be sent after the return is agreed to the partners themselves.


Right of Complaint

There is a two-year right of complaint on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This guarantee is valid in relation to errors or defects in software, materials and manufacture.

If the purchaser wishes to use this right they should contact AlmaKnit at info@almaknit.com.

The company is liable for all of the products’ contents and the knitting patterns’ accuracy.

To purchase our products, we require the following information:

  • E-mail address  

We register these personal details with the purpose of enabling the receipt of payments and to deliver orders.

Information regarding leaving complaints

If you wish to make a complaint about a product this should be done to AlmaKnit ApS at info@almaknit.com. If no solution can be found, the following options might be considered:

A complaint regarding a product or service purchased from us can be sent to Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can make a complaint to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.

The EU Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used for the submission of complaints. This is particularly relevant if you are a resident of another EU country. The complaint should be submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, our email address, info@almaknit.com, should be stated.
